Today, Baking is a profession that has
great potential to the food industry and it has become a demand among people nationwide.
These resent years, there are many
colleges and academy schools offering culinary program. However Touch d’ Art of
Pastry is one of the few academies that offers more of hands on learning which
is sufficient for our fellow students to be well prepared to face the hospitality
and or food industry.
The Chefs are internationally recognized with years of experience
in pastry and have gain many reputations of being the best pastry chef of the
year 2007. Hence, we would like to impart such valuable knowledge and
experience into teachings to produce more young chefs to lead the pastry
industry in the near future. The academy provides systematic
procedure in handling food, equipment and safety measures for our students.
The difference from an academy and college
is that academy provides 90% on practical learning and 10% on theory.
We offer
extraordinary techniques and skills in producing various pastries from traditional
to modern pastries. Therefore we ensure that all our students are well educated
with such exquisite learning and be prepared to face the industry.
