Today, Baking is a profession that has
great potential to the food industry and it has become a demand among people nationwide.
These resent years, there are many
colleges and academy schools offering culinary program. However Touch d’ Art of
Pastry is one of the few academies that offers more of hands on learning which
is sufficient for our fellow students to be well prepared to face the hospitality
and or food industry.

The difference from an academy and college
is that academy provides 90% on practical learning and 10% on theory.
